NBA Stats Shootout
Each week, entrants choose a handful of NBA players and bank whatever those players record in the contest's stat category, such as three-pointers, points, rebounds or assists. In a season-long contest, each player can be used only once, so the big names have to be spent carefully.
The host sets the stat category and how many players each entry picks. Weeks run Monday through Sunday Eastern and picks lock when the week starts, stats are pulled in and totaled automatically, and the highest running total wins, with weekly ties broken by a tiebreaker guess.
