Each week entrants pick a set number of NFL teams, anywhere from 2 to 10 depending on your settings, and their score is the combined points those teams put up. You can allow repeats or lock a used team out for a few weeks so entrants have to spread their picks around the league.

After each week the lowest-scoring entries are cut, either a fixed number or a percentage of the survivors, and the last entry standing wins. The platform totals team points, draws the cut line on the leaderboard, removes eliminated entries and locks teams once their game starts.
